Lawn & Landscape Maintenance

Yearly Package
Our lawn experts will customize a trimming program to meet your needs. You will also enjoy the benefits of our mowing package, fertilization and weed control program. The trimming and clean up program consists of:
- Mow, Edge, Weedeat
- Weed Beds

- Minor Tree Pruning

Mowing Package
Our mowing crew will come out weekly during the months of April- October. They will take care of mowing, edging, and blowing.
Fertilization & Weed Control Program
Our program includes a 9-step fertilization and weed control program especially for your yard. In general, this includes 3 applications of fertilizer, 2 applications of pre-emergent weed killer, an application of post emergent weed killer on every visit as needed, 2 insecticides and 1 fungicide application.
One Time Shrub and Bed Maintenance
If you are not wanting to sign up for a program and need a one time trimming and clean up.
Preparing Maintenance
Yard Debris
Please pick up all yard debris such as toys, dog bones, large rocks, etc., the day before we mow as these type of objects can be very hazardous to our workers and others if hit by a lawn mower and can cause serious damage to your property and our equipment.
Pets
Please let us know if you have any pets that are kept outside so that the crews can be aware of them. While our mowing crews are very careful to keep gates closed, we cannot guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your pets indoors on scheduled mowing days.
Watering
For best results, please do not water your lawn the night before or the morning of the day we are scheduled to service your lawn.

Have our floral experts give you ideas on which flowers enhance your yard and house. For Fall Flowers, we recommend pansies as they survive normal winters in North Dallas. There are two varieties: Majestics, which are larger flowers with dark centers and Crowns, which have a slightly smaller flower and solid in color.
For Spring Flowers, we recommend the following: Hibiscus, Pentas, Lantana, Mose Rose, Sunpatiens, Begonias, Verbena, Coleus, Potato Vine and more.
